• Venue sourcing based on expected footfall, location preference, and technical requirements
• Professional stage setup, LED screens, PA system, podium, and display panels
• Branding: Standees, banners, registration counters, delegate kits
• Speaker management: Travel, stay, coordination & welcome
• On-site management team to ensure smooth check-ins, seating, Q&A, and technical flow
• Catering: Tea breaks, working lunches, VIP buffets with dietary customization
• Photography & videography (including panel recording and interviews)
• Arrangement of necessary permits and licenses
• Language interpreter or translator setup if required
• Virtual/Hybrid format support on request
